Return/Refund Policy
Returns
You may return products sold by SaladPill.com for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
* You must notify SaladPill.com prior to returning the product.
* Your return request must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the product.
* The product must be unopened and undamaged.
* Return postage is your responsibility.
No Refunds will be credited without prior authorization.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You may, however, refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund, less any return shipping charges, will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our location.
No Refunds will be credited without prior notification.
Non-Deliverable/Unclaimed
If a product is returned to us because the package was non-deliverable or unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
